By using "Aksab Markets" applications, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Data We Collect

We collect various types of data to improve your experience and deliver our services:

Data You Provide Directly:

• Account Data: Full name, phone number, email address, encrypted password.
• Store Profile Data (for Merchants): Store name, address, store description, business hours, bank account information.
• Photos and Documents (Optional/Mandatory for Delivery Representatives): If you are a merchant, the store creation feature may request optional image uploads. For "Delivery Representatives", we may request photos of identification documents (National ID) or driver's license for security, legal authentication, and to ensure shipment safety.
• Payment Data: We collect essential financial transaction data and do not store complete credit card details.
• Order and Communication Data: Product details, delivery address, and any information provided when contacting support.

Data We Collect Automatically:

• Location Data: We collect location data with your consent to identify the nearest stores and facilitate delivery.
Notice for Delivery Representatives: The driver application collects precise location data in the Background Location even when the app is closed or not in use. This is collected to assign nearby orders to you, track shipment routes, and ensure accurate arrival times. Tracking occurs only while you are logged in and your status is set to "Available for Work".
• Notification Identifiers (Push Tokens): To send alerts related to your orders.
• Device and Usage Information: Device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Providing and operating "Aksab Markets" services and facilitating purchasing and delivery processes.
• Managing user, merchant, and delivery representative accounts and customizing their experience.
• Improving and developing our services and new application features.
• Communicating with you regarding updates and promotional offers.
• Ensuring application security, preventing fraud, and tracking field delivery operations.

3. Data Sharing

We may share your data with the following parties:

• Merchants and Delivery Partners: Sharing necessary information required to fulfill the order.
• Payment Processors: To complete financial transactions in an encrypted and secure manner.
• Technology and Analytics Providers (SDKs): We use software development kits from trusted third parties such as Google SDK (Firebase) for performance analytics and pushing notifications, and Facebook SDK (Meta) for statistical analysis, ad tracking performance, and enhancing offer targeting. We emphasize that these tools are used to enhance your experience and are not used to access your private data on those platforms.
• For Legal Purposes: If required by law.

4. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and administrative security measures to protect your data; however, no data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

5. User Rights and Account Deletion

You have full rights to access, correct, or request permanent deletion of your account and data at any time. Upon deletion request, we remove all associated personal data from our active databases within 48 hours.

6. Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this policy, and we will notify you of any material changes through the application.

2. User Accounts

You agree not to use the application for any unlawful purpose, post offensive content, or attempt to compromise the application's systems.

4. Orders, Payment, and Delivery

All orders are binding, and you are responsible for their payment. "Aksab Markets" is not responsible for the quality of merchants' products, but we work with trusted partners to ensure the best delivery service.

5. Reward and Loyalty Points System

Important Note: Points earned within the "Aksab Markets" application are internal digital rewards designated for use solely as in-app discounts. These points hold no real monetary value outside the application and cannot under any circumstances be redeemed, exchanged for cash, or withdrawn as real currency.

6. Disclaimer

The application is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted service, and we assume no liability for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the application.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, under the jurisdiction of Egyptian courts.
